PREPARE
Getting ahead and staying ahead is a surefire way to prevent Monday blues and also helps when that midweek fatigue sets in. Preparation will look different for everyone, but here are some ways to set yourself up for success by thinking ahead. - Meal-Prep: Helps maintain diet goals while taking the guesswork out of "what's for dinner?" after a day of your boss pissing you off.
- Set out gym/work clothes the night before: Setting out your clothes the night before helps your mind envision/prepare for the next day and helps your morning routine flow smoothly.
- Sunday planner review: Sit down with your planner or calendar and ensure it's filled out for the week ahead. Be sure to add your social events and event tentative plans to free up mental space.
- Space Reset: A clear space = a clear mind. Change linens, do laundry, and tidy up your space to help calm your mind before the week starts to take over.
