Shipping Policy

W|by Crystal White wants you to have your pieces in a timely fashion. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout as orders are shipped. 

**W by Crystal White is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or the carrier for assistance with your shipment.**

Return & Exchange Policy

W|by Crystal White does not offer refunds, however exchanges will be granted if the wrong or a defective item is received. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
